A key element of our approach is the high level of consultant involvement throughout the search process.

The consultant will take care at the start of the process to get to know the management team, and understand the specific issues surrounding the recruitment.

He will take a leading role in preparing and agreeing a detailed definition of the position, and in the research phase leading to identification and qualification of candidates.

The consultant's industry experience means that he can call on an extensive network of sources and contacts to help identify candidates. Equally he can represent the client organisation effectively to potential candidates, establishing relationships which are critical to a successful hiring process, and attracting those who may not otherwise be inclined to move.

His knowledge of the client business and management team may also help in the critical area of cultural fit.

When appropriate we will call on the capabilities of partner search practices in the US and Europe. These partners extend our reach when clients need us to conduct searches in specific locations, or bring additional sector expertise. On occasion we join forces for critical search projects where they would benefit from additional consultant knowledge or specific experience.
